Have you ever felt so overwhelmed by everything you needed to do that you couldn’t even decide where to begin?

After missing my usual Sunday brain dump, I entered the week trying to mentally carry every appointment, responsibility, decision, and unfinished task. By Tuesday, I was frazzled—and then I realized I hadn’t even thought about this week’s podcast.

On the way to an appointment, “Counting My Blessings” by Seph Schlueter came on the radio. The song reminded me that although my mind was full of details, they were all the details of what still needed to be done. I had stopped slowing down long enough to notice the details of God’s goodness.

Nothing disappeared from my list, but my attention shifted. I enjoyed an unexpected visit with a dear friend, reconnected with another friend, and began to recognize that some of the things making my week busier were also answers to prayer.

In this episode, we’ll talk about:

  • Why practical rhythms really do matter
  • Beginning again without guilt when those rhythms are interrupted
  • Counting blessings instead of only counting unfinished tasks
  • Recognizing the answered prayers hidden within a busy week
  • Asking God for the next faithful step

Scripture: Lamentations 3:21–23

The list may still be long—but so is the goodness.

You are not forgotten. You are remembered by God, rooted in Him, and invited to rest—even in the middle of a frazzled week.
